Demanding materials.
Repeat production.
Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and stainless steel machining for established parts and ongoing production requirements.
The grade matters.
So does the demand.
Share the exact material specification and condition along with your part requirements and release schedule.
Inconel machining
Inconel is part of our experience with demanding materials. We review each production requirement around the specified alloy, part geometry, features, and repeat demand.
For quoting, include the exact grade, material condition, drawing revision, quantity per release, and any material certification requirements.
Hastelloy machining
We welcome inquiries for recurring Hastelloy components and medium-volume production. The alloy designation and finished-part requirements give us the starting point for assessing the work.
Include the grade, stock or finished-part dimensions, critical features, and expected ordering frequency.
Titanium machining
Production machining for established titanium parts. Tell us which grade and specification your drawing requires, along with the surfaces and features that matter to the finished component.
We consider production batches and smaller releases supported by consistent, recurring demand.
Stainless steel machining
Stainless steel components for ongoing milling, turning, Swiss machining, and suitable wire EDM requirements.
Include the exact grade, condition, finish requirements, and any secondary processing specified on your drawing. Discuss those requirements with us before ordering.
